Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be approved for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
